So apparently, Steve Jobs has died of pancreatic cancer.

Though I am not the greatest fan of Apple, this guy was a genius, so I think that he deserves a tribute post, regardless of how long it is.

Not only was he the founder of Apple, it turns out that he was also the founder of Pixar. Huh. (For those of you who don’t know, Pixar is company that make A Bugs Life and Wall-E)So kudos to him. Though he may have passed on, his technology will continue to pull the Earth forwards in amazing technological leaps and advances.

So I get to school at 6:00 and was just chillin around waiting for Paulus, Paulie, Q, Jazz and Gree to get back from the mall (I had piano). I thought they’d only take about 15 mins.

Nope. They took a solid half-hour. So they finally get to school and I was likeBut whatever. We get to our spots for the entry to get our awards.

Suddenly,

Paulus’ card didn’t say honour role on it! And he was all

And we were allPoor muffin… Turns out he was still on honour role (or in “honour society” as our school calls it) and he was freaking over nothing.

 

Anywhoo… It was finally time to get our awards!

So I’m called up (comme une boss) and my name is pronounced correctly for ONCE.

So all’s going well… until I didn’t go down the right staircase and got trapped behind the choir. It didn’t help that I had seen everybody go down the right staircase, nor that there was a line of people walking away from it. Nope.

And everybody saw. And laughed.

Those were my 15 seconds of fame right there, and
