Instead of telling people to “say this” and to “not say that,” we just stop giving words power?
Now, I don’t mean words that define people for who they are. The vocabulary which I am referring to is the type that people use to control or abuse others.

I started off watching this video really worried because like a lot of you I’ve heard that we see ourselves as more beautiful than we actually are.
Continuing to watch this video, however, lightened my mood because even though I think pictures of me look absolutely bizarre, to everyone else, they’re normal.
It gives me hope.
